Temple Isaiah’s General Fund
To help cover costs of day-to-day operations that benefit the greater Temple Isaiah community.

A House of Learning — Beit Midrash

Andy Goldberg Tuition Assistance Fund
Utilized to provide families in need with financial assistance for tuition to TIPS or Kulanu — the Temple Isaiah Religious School.

Dalia Feldman Memorial Library Fund
Established in honor of Dalia Feldman, z”l, Temple Isaiah’s long-time B’nai Mitzvah tutor, to support the library. Also used to provide materials for the Temple’s main library and children’s collections.

Ben Topus Shabbaton Fund
Utilized to support the annual Shabbaton retreat for our Temple Isaiah teens.

Kulanu Fund
Utilized to provide materials for the extracurricular activities of Kulanu — the Temple Isaiah Religious School.

TIPS Fund
Utilized to support special programs, equipment, materials, teachers’ professional development, and scholarships related to the Temple Isaiah Preschool.

House of Gathering — Beit Knesset

Building Enhancement Fund
Utilized to enhance and beautify the building.

Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund was created for the purpose of providing an additional source of annual income to strengthen Temple Isaiah’s financial foundation. All financial gifts, such as yours, will provide a permanent source of support to our synagogue for many generations in the future.

Legacy Giving
Leave your imprint, a legacy for the future of Temple Isaiah and the Jewish Community.

Prayer Book Fund
Utilized to replace, repair, or buy additional copies of our prayer books, Mishkan T’filah and Mishkan Hanefesh, and other prayer books for congregational use.

Caring for Each Other — G'milut Hasadim

Care Committee Donation
To help those in our community that are in need, this committee sends meals to those who have need or have experienced a loss. 

Financial Assistance Fund
Utilized to provide relief from dues, fees, or tuition to congregant families experiencing need.

Food on the 15th
Food on the 15th collects healthy, non-perishable foods and delivers it to low-income older adults at Morning Park Apartments in Jessup, MD each month. Learn more

Randi Leshin Fund for LGBTQIA+ Equity & Equality in Jewish Life
Fostering an affirming and welcoming community for LGBTQIA+ individuals, by participating in external community events or hosting internal Temple Isaiah events.

Social Action Fund
Utilized to support social service agencies and Temple social action projects.

Programming & Cultural Funds — Tarbut Yehudiah

Cultural Arts and Speaker Fund
Utilized to support events enhancing the Temple’s Jewish cultural experience, such as concerts, lectures, performances, and other in-residence programs.

Shir Isaiah Fund
Utilized to support the activities of the adult choir.

Discretionary Funds

Rabbi Axler’s Discretionary Fund
Overseen by the Senior Rabbi and used at his discretion on behalf of the Temple, and to benefit charitable organizations.

Rabbi Plotkin’s Discretionary Fund
Overseen by the Rabbi Educator and used at his discretion on behalf of the Temple, and to benefit charitable organizations.

Rabbi Weiss’s Discretionary Fund
Overseen by the Assistant Rabbi and used at her discretion on behalf of the Temple, and to benefit charitable organizations.

President’s Discretionary Fund
Overseen by the Tl President and used at their discretion on behalf of the Temple.
