Temple Isaiah Chili Cook-Off

The Results are in!

Temple Isaiah is proud to announce that Zachary Gamiel is the winner of our very first Chili Cook-Off. His vegan chili will now represent Temple Isaiah in the Bridges, Hotter than Thou Chili Cook-Off to raise funds and awareness for affordable housing solutions in Howard County! Kristin Miller, Development and Marketing Officer for Bridges to Housing Stability, was on hand to tell attendees a bit more about the work that they do.

A big Todah Rabah. Thank you! To Nelson and Shirley Abel for spearheading our Temple Isaiah Cook-off along with Judges: Marshall Kohen, Alex Hoffman, and David Zolet.

A hearty Yasher Koach to our contestants: Nelson Abel, Zach Gamiel, Jeffrey & Jennifer Trost, and Helen Winoker. Each made a unique chili which made judging just a bit more challenging!

Due to the coronavirus, the chili cook-off on March 29 has been cancelled.
