Re-opening Plans

As we map out the spring and summer months, we want to share our plan for welcoming you back to our Shabbat Service and Temple programming. This is a working plan, and we will continue to make smart decisions following the science. Our COVID-19 Task Force, which includes, staff, lay leaders, and medical professionals, has been meeting on a regular basis to monitor the constantly-changing landscape related to this pandemic.

Based on the data and medical guidance, beginning April 2, 2021, we will begin welcoming you back in person for our Outdoor Shabbat Service. Attendance will be limited to 50 people; we will require pre-registration and masks will continue to be required.

If weather forces us to move our Shabbat Service indoors to our Sanctuary, we do require you to have a high-quality mask; if you forget yours, we will provide you with one. We will do our best to make any such decision to move indoors as early as possible, and will communicate those decisions by email or text.

For those who are not comfortable coming back in person, we will still be streaming services on all our platforms, as we have been doing over the last year.

The COVID-19 Task Force will continue to meet, monitor the situation and changing guidance, and adjust our plans accordingly.

We hope that this is only a start, and that we will be able to allow more in-person events at Temple Isaiah in the coming months.
